Order and download

What do I get when I buy from griffbild?

You buy a digital file (PDF or similar) to print yourself or use on screen. Nothing is sent by post.

How do I get my file?

After payment you are redirected to the download page and can download the file there. Please save the file on your device straight away.

The download does not work or the link has expired – what can I do?

Write to us briefly at sunfieldshops@gmail.com and give the email address you paid with and the product name. We will help you with access.

Which devices can I use the file on?

On any device with a suitable program (computer, tablet, phone), e.g. a PDF reader, a spreadsheet program or a browser, depending on the product. A normal printer is enough for printing; A4 paper is recommended.

Payment

Which payment methods are there?

You pay securely via Stripe with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit and more (the methods shown depend on your country and device). You see the options in the payment window. You enter your payment details directly with the payment service; we do not see them.

Is the price the final price?

Yes. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) we do not charge VAT, so none is shown in the price. There are no shipping costs, as all products are digital.

Invoice

Do I get an invoice?

You receive a receipt or invoice by email. If not, or if you want to change details, write to sunfieldshops@gmail.com.

Why is there no VAT on it?

Because of the small business regulation under § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged. Input tax deduction is therefore not possible.

Withdrawal for downloads

Can I return a download?

For digital content provided immediately after the order, the statutory right of withdrawal can lapse. This requires that you expressly agree before buying that we start delivery immediately, and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You do this by ticking a box in the order process. Details are in the shop’s information on the right of withdrawal.

What if the file is faulty or not as described?

Then please contact us at sunfieldshops@gmail.com with a short description. We will deliver a corrected file or agree a solution with you. Your statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.
