Payment and delivery

Payment

You pay in euros, either via PayPal – with your PayPal account or, where PayPal offers it, by card; PayPal converts the amount into your currency if necessary – or via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit and more). All prices are final prices; the provider is VAT exempt under § 19 of the German VAT Act.

Countries

We sell to customers in all EU countries, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the USA and Canada. We currently do not sell to consumers in the United Kingdom; UK business customers are welcome.

Delivery

After payment you receive a download link by email to the address you provided to PayPal or Stripe – usually the same day, at the latest within 24 hours. There is no shipping and no shipping cost. The files are PDF or HTML; requirements are listed on each product page.

Write to sunfieldshops@gmail.com and quote your PayPal transaction ID or your Stripe receipt number. We will help quickly.
