Terms and conditions

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.

As of November 2026

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to all contracts for digital content (files to download) that you conclude via this website with griffbild, Lukas-Domenik Sonnenfeld, Anschrift siehe Impressum, Germany, E-Mail: sunfieldshops@gmail.com.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products is not a binding offer. You make a binding offer by giving your consent to immediate delivery on the order summary, clicking one of the payment buttons (“Order with obligation to pay – PayPal” or “Order with obligation to pay – card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA & more”) and completing payment with PayPal or Stripe. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email, at the latest when we send the download link. The contract language is German; this English version is a translation. We do not store the contract text separately; the order confirmation email contains all details.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euros. The provider is a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act; no VAT is charged. There are no shipping costs. Payment is made, at your choice, via PayPal or via the payment service Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin) using the payment methods offered there, e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or SEPA Direct Debit. When paying via Stripe, you enter your payment details only on Stripe’s payment page. Payment is due on conclusion of the contract.

4. Delivery

Delivery is by download link to the email address you provided to PayPal or Stripe, usually the same day and at the latest within 24 hours of payment. The link is valid for at least 30 days; please save the files. We will send a new link on request.

5. Rights of use

You receive the simple, non-transferable right of use described on the respective product page. Passing on, reselling or publicly providing the files is not permitted unless the product licence states otherwise.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in the cancellation policy. For digital content it expires once we have begun performance after you have expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation under § 312f BGB (§ 356(5) BGB).

7. Defects

The statutory provisions on defects of digital products apply (§§ 327 et seq. BGB). If a file causes problems, please contact sunfieldshops@gmail.com; we will send you a working file promptly.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

9. Final provisions

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. Consumer dispute resolution: we are neither willing nor obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
